Terms of Service

These Terms govern the provision of business process automation services by We Design UX – Katarzyna Laska (VAT ID: PL9442274437), operating under the brand Zatrudnij Agenta, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider".

Services are provided exclusively to business entities (B2B). Consumers are not within the scope of these Terms.

The Service Provider offers:

• automation of repetitive business processes (inquiry handling, leads, proposals, documents, reminders)
• integration of tools and systems used by the client (CRM, email, forms, spreadsheets, messengers)
• workflow implementation in tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, and others
• a free process audit to identify areas suitable for automation

Collaboration follows these steps:

• Process audit (free) — a 30–60 minute call to identify processes eligible for automation.
• Proposal and quote — within 5 business days the Service Provider submits a scope of work and cost estimate.
• Contract and implementation — upon acceptance of the proposal, both parties sign a contract and work begins.
• Handover and training — upon completion, documentation is handed over and a brief training session is conducted.

The process audit is free of charge and does not obligate the client to enter into a contract.

Implementation fees are agreed individually and specified in the contract. Standard payment terms: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery.

A VAT invoice is issued within 7 days of payment receipt. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

All prices are in Polish Złoty (PLN) and are net amounts. VAT is added at the applicable rate.

The Client agrees to:

• provide access to required systems and tools by the agreed date
• designate a contact person responsible for the collaboration
• provide timely feedback and sign off on individual project stages

The Service Provider agrees to:

• deliver services in accordance with the agreed scope and timeline
• communicate progress and any anticipated delays
• keep all information shared by the Client confidential

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client acquires rights to the automations delivered — specifically the configurations and workflows created on their behalf.

The Service Provider's methodologies, templates, and know-how remain their sole property and are not transferred to the Client.

The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions or changes to third-party tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, CRM platforms, etc.) that are outside its control.

The Service Provider's total liability for non-performance or improper performance of services is limited to the net contract value.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all commercial, technical, and organisational information of the other party obtained during the course of the collaboration.

The confidentiality obligation applies for the duration of the contract and for 3 years after its termination.

Complaints regarding services must be submitted to kontakt@zatrudnij-agenta.pl within 14 days of the service delivery date.

The Service Provider will review the complaint and respond within 14 business days of receipt.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Clients will be notified of any changes at least 14 days in advance by publishing the updated version on the website.

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code.

Both parties agree to resolve any disputes arising from contracts concluded under these Terms amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled by the court with jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.

These Terms are effective as of 1 June 2026.
